What is the technical equipment you need for telephone and web conferencing with Business Conference?
Conference call participants
As a conference participants you just need a telephone line. It is possible to dial-in via land-line, mobile network or VoIP.
To dial-in to a conference you need a touch-tone phone so that the PIN code can be transmitted to our system.
Conference call moderators
As moderator and initiator of a conference call you need access to the Internet on a PC with any type of browser in order to log into your account and to book the conference.
The present conference controlled by means of the Conference Control Panel (CCP) is also displayed in the browser window. If you prefer to control the conference call by means of the telephone keypad, you will need a touch-tone phone.
Web conference participants and moderators with presentations
For web conferences with presentations moderators and participants need access to the Internet on a PC with any type of browser.
Web conference participants and moderators with Online Collaboration
To join an online collaboration conference each participant must download the Lindenbaum_client_teleconf.exe file and start the program on his or her PC by using the Windows operating system. You can also click the link in your e-mail notification.
